STEPHEN
Movement has the power to change your life—not just how you look, but how you feel, move, and show up for yourself every day.
I'm Stephen Zabala, a fitness and nutrition coach with a holistic approach to health and performance. As the chef and owner of Greenfork, https://www.eatgreenfork.com I've spent years helping people fuel their bodies through both movement and nutrition because I believe the two should never be separated. You can't outtrain a bad diet!
My coaching focuses on functional strength, mobility, stability, and building a body that's capable both inside and outside the gym. I want you to move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, and develop confidence in what your body can do.
Exercise should not be miserable to be effective. The best training is challenging, engaging, and fun. Every session is designed to push you beyond your comfort zone while respecting your body's individual needs and abilities. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or looking to take your performance to the next level, my goal is to help you become stronger, healthier, and more resilient.
My background combines strength and conditioning, yoga, nutrition, wellness coaching, and culinary science, allowing me to coach the whole person rather than just the workout. I hold a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University and am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I also hold a Landmine certification through LAndmine University, Kettlebell Specialist and Durability & Foundations certifications through Onnit Academy, along with certifications as a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor through Yandara Yoga Institute.
Above all, I'm a lifelong student. I'm constantly learning, experimenting, and refining my approach so I can provide my clients with the best possible coaching experience.
If you're ready to move better, get stronger, and enjoy the process along the way, I'd love to work with you.
Let's build a stronger, healthier you—together.
